If you are acting on behalf of a Southeast Asian enterprise, you confirm you possess the requisite authority to bind said entity to these protocols. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the immediate termination of your access to our automation sync loops and proprietary service architecture.
Intellectual Property & Design Rights
All codebases, automation logic, loop synchronization patterns, UI/UX designs, and technical documentation showcased on PolyLoopSync.digital are the exclusive property of PolyLoopSync. We grant a limited, non-exclusive license to view and interact with our public materials for evaluation purposes only.
Ownership Matrix
"No part of our specialized loop logic or sync methodology may be reverse-engineered, reproduced, or utilized in commercial automation frameworks without a signed Enterprise Deployment Agreement."
Service Usage and Operational Limits
Users are expected to maintain the integrity of our automation environment. Prohibited actions include:
- Attempting to bypass loop throttling or sync security measures.
- Injecting malicious scripts into our automation portal.
- Scraping proprietary process data for unauthorized analysis.
- Misrepresenting your geographic location to evade regional sync laws.
Limitation of Liability
While PolyLoopSync strives for absolute precision in our automation services, all information and tools on this website are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that our sync operations will be uninterrupted or error-free for users accessing the platform via public internet channels.
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, PolyLoopSync shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our automation portals or the delay in sync processing due to third-party infrastructure failures.
